CNA specializes in developing management plans for tunnels and large-diameter pipelines. These plans can be used to determine the condition and the value of the infra-structure. A unique inspection and data recording system is used to gather data that is analyzed, evaluated and recorded in a condition assessment report.

CNA rates the structural condition of each tunnel segment for purposes of prioritizing maintenance, repairs and rehabilitation. CNA designs repair and rehabilitation methods for unlined and lined tunnels of concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, block, tile, steel or other materials, constructed in soil or rock. CNA also provides alternative methods for repair and rehabilitation and their associated cost estimates.
